On May 03, 1974, Sok Sep, who was resposible for transporting weapons and logistics to Tonle Sap War Operation Region, was arrested in Phnom Penh war operation sub-region by khmer Republic polices in social action department, then he was sent to justice in the police Buerau. According to the investigation, he was released and sent to the Ministry of National Great Unity by under secretary of state.
កាលពីរាត្រីថ្ងៃទី៣ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ក្រសួងសមត្ថកិច្ចប៉ូលីស សាធារណរដ្ឋ និងផ្នែកសឹករងក្រុងភ្នំពេញ បានរឹបអូសយកសម្ភារ និងចាប់ខ្លួនលោក សាក់ សែម យកទៅទីសី្ដការប៉ូលីស។ តែសម្ភារ ខាងលើនេះ គឺក្រសួងអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យលោក សាក់ សែម យកទៅ ធើ្វប្រតិបតិ្ដការសឹកនៅតំបន់ទនេ្លសាបទេ។ អាស្រ័យហេតុនេះ សូមលោកអនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ មេត្ដាជួយធើ្វអន្ដរាគមន៍ សុំដោះលែង លោក សាក់ សែប និងប្រគល់សម្ភារក្រសួងមហាសាមគី្គវិញ។
