Sakk Sep sent a hand written letter to the american ambassy representative at Kampong Chhnang province. To request for the help from the embassy to transport 03 machines from Phnom Penh to Kampong Chhnang, This letter was not formal letter, because Sakk Sep didn't submitted it to the Ministry.
លោក សាក់ សែប បានធើ្វលិខិតមួយច្បាប់ផ្ញើរផ្ទាល់ទៅលោកតំណាង ស្ថានទូតអាមេរិកប្រចាំខេត្ដកំពង់ឆ្នាំង សី្ដពីការពឹងពាក់ឱ្យខាង តំណាងស្ថានទូតជួយដឹកយកគ្រឿងម៉ាស៊ីន ៣គ្រឿងពី ភ្នំពេញទៅ កំពង់ឆ្នាំង។ ប៉ុន្ដែសារលិខិតនេះមិនត្រូវបានយកជាផ្លូវការទេ ព្រោះ ការសរសេរសំបុត្ររបស់លោក សាក់ សែប ខាងលើមិនបានឆ្លងកាត់ ក្រសួងឡើយ។
