Due to the lack of logistics, the Free Khmer Unit in Tonle Sab could not defense with the enemies hence the commander of Free Khmers unit in Tonle Sab region asked the ministry for 3 machinaries to enable soldiers to with stand the attack by enemies.
ដោយមានការខ្វះខាតខាងសម្ភារធើ្វអោយកងសេរីកាតំបន់ទនេ្ល សាបគ្មានលទ្ធភាពទប់ទល់ជាមួយសត្រូវ។ ហេតុដូចេ្នះបានជាលោក មេបញ្ជាការកងសេរីកាតំបន់ទនេ្លសាប បានស្នើសុំដល់ក្រសួងឱ្យជួយ ឧត្ថម្ភនូវគ្រឿងម៉ាស៊ីនចំនួន៣គ្រឿង ដើម្បីឱ្យកងសេរីកាមានលទ្ធភាព ទប់ទល់នឹងសត្រូវនាពេលក្រោយទៀត។
