The commander of operating region 1 in Chhnok trou informed a commander of Free Khmers in Chhnok trou that they would use Tuol Rieng Sav as operating sub-region of Phat Sanday, because there were only 9 Free Khmers soldiers staying there.
លោកមេបញ្ជាការមណ្ឌល់ប្រតិបតិ្ដការទី១ ឆ្នុកទ្រូ បានជម្រាបជូន លោកមេបញ្ជាការកងសេរីកាជាតិ ឆ្នុកទ្រូ ឱ្យជ្រាបជាព័ត៌មានក្នុង ការដែលលោកមេបញ្ជាការខាងលើបានដកហូតយកតំបន់ទួលរាងសាវ មកធើ្វជាទីបញ្ជាការអនុមណ្ឌលប្រតិបតិ្ដការផាត់សណ្ដាយវិញ ព្រោះ នៅតំបន់ទួលរាងសាវមានកងសេរីកាស្នាក់នៅតិចពេក គឺត្រឹមតែ៩នាក់ ប៉ុណ្ណោះ។
