Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
The Free Khmer commander in Tonle Sap region asked Ministry of the Economic and Finance for a fishing lot which located at A1 in Kampong Chhnang province in order to provide it for villagers and refugees who fled from Stung region and joined the Free Khmer movement. Particularly he attempted to encourage them to serve the national movement.
លោកមេបញ្ជាការកងសេរីកាតំបន់ទនេ្លសាប បានសើ្នសុំដល់រដ្ឋ មន្រី្ដហិរញ្ញាវត្ថុនូវឡូត៍នេសាទមួយកន្លែង ត្រង់ចំណុច១អា កំពង់ឆ្នាំង ដើម្បីប្រគល់ឱ្យប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ និងអ្នកភៀសខ្លួនពីតំបន់ស្ទោង បាន ស្ម័្រគចិត្ដចូលបម្រើក្នុងចលនាកងសេរីកាជាតិ ក្នុងការនេសាទត្រី ចិពាឹ្ចមជីវិត និងជាពិសេសដើម្បីឱ្យពួកគេទាំងនោះ មានចិត្ដបម្រើក្នុង ចលនាជាតិកាន់តែទេ្វឡើង។
