Comrade Mut, in charge of politics in Regiment 164, sent a message to brother 89. The message said that on August, 12, we stopped a ship at Dai Tang island and after that there was a plane spy over the possition. He went to Leung and Rorn and they said that heavy gun 76, American gun 75, 16,8 were deployed at Koh Kong, Koh Thom and Koh Sdech. A few of guns could't be used to shoot Thai fishing boats. The convoy of thai ships travelled to Koh Kong and illegally caught fish in a large scale and in a destructive way. Thai fishing boats, big ships and medium ship, were armed with gun 106 mm and 37mm at the back part. There was an armed clash with Thai illegal fishing boats and we caught. there was there ship not proper position to fix gun 75mm on redet ship because it migh cause problem while we shell and how the gun sound would penetrate was unknown. In zone 11, 2 bettrayers have killed 5 local policemen and freed 2 prisoners from detention center.
សមមិត្ដ មុត ផ្នែកនយោបាយកងពល ១៦៤ បានផ្ងើទូរលេខរាយ ការណ៍ជូនបង៨៩ នៅថ្ងៃទី១២ សីហា យើងហាត់កប៉ាល់បានចត នៅកោះតាំង។ ក្រោយមកមានយន្ដហោះមួយគ្រឿង មកឆ្វែល លើកោះតាំង។ បញ្ហាការពារបានទៅជួបមិត្ដលឿង និង រ៉ន ពិភាក្សា ថានៅកោះកុង កោះធំ កោះសេ្ដច មានរៀបកាំភ្លើងធុនធំ៧៦, អាមេរិក ៧៥, ១៦,៨ មួយចំនួនតូចមិនទាន់ធានាការបាញ់កាណូត នេសាទថៃទេ។ នៅកោះកុងថៃបានចូលជាក្បួនចាប់ត្រីមានទ្រង់ទ្រាយធំ និងមានលក្ខណបំផ្លាញទៀតផង។ ឯកាណូតចាប់ត្រីមានកប៉ាល់ធុនធំ មធ្យមបំពាក់ អាវុធ១០៦មម និង ៣៧ ការពារពីក្រោយទៀតផង។ យើងមានការប៉ះ ទង្គិចជាមួយកាណូតចាប់ត្រីថៃ ហើយចាប់បាន កាណូត។ បញ្ហាចាប់ កាំភ្លើង៧៥ លើកប៉ាល់ ឬដែកពីទនេ្លមេគង្គនោះ គ្មានកន្លែងបាញ់ទេ។ លិទ្ធផលនៃការបាញ់កាំភ្លើង និងការខ្ទះយ៉ាងណា យើងខ្ញុំមិនទាន់មាន ការយល់ដឹងនៅឡើយទេ។ នៅតំបន់១១ មានយុទ្ធជនក្បត់ពីរនាក់បាន វាយកមេ្ទចក្រុងនគរបាលតំបន់យើង ស្លាប់អស់៥នាក់ ហើយបានដោះលែង អ្នកទោសនៅមន្ទីរឃុំឃាំងឱ្យ រត់បាត់អស់។
