A source reported that the Khmer Communist in region 13 divided Takeo province into 5 districts as the following: Tram Kakk district called district 105, Angkor Chey district called 106, Treang district called district 107, Koh An Det district called district 108, and Kirivong district called district 109. Saom, was the chief of cadre in that region. The source added that the 500 enemies were in Battation T3 equiped with two walkies talkies C-25, under the commander of Chhan and Tuon.
ប្រភពបានអោយដឹងថា នៅក្នុងខេត្ដតាកែវ តំបន់លេខ១៣ របស់ខ្មែរ កុម្មុយនិស្ដ បានចែកចេញជា៥ស្រុកគឺ ស្រុកត្រាំកក់ ហៅស្រុកលេខ ១០៥, ស្រុកអង្គរជ័យហៅស្រុក១០៦, ស្រុកទ្រាំង ហៅស្រុក១០៧, ស្រុកកោះអណ្ដែត ហៅស្រុក១០៨, ស្រុកគីរីវង្ស ហៅស្រុក១០៩, ដែលមានឈ្មោះ សោម ជាគណៈកម្មាភិបាលតំបន់នោះ។ ប្រភពបន្ថែមទៀតថា កងវរៈសេនាតូចលេខតេ៣ របស់ខ្មាំងមានទ័ព ប្រហែល៥០០នាក់ មានវិទ្យុសេ២៥ពីគ្រឿងក្រោមបញ្ជាឈ្មោះ ឆាន និង ទូច។
