The Free Khmer commander named Sak Sep, who stayed in Chhnok Trou, Kampong Chhnang province, said that he was permitted to gather refugee who fled from Stung region in Kampong Thom province in order to convince them to learn about the military strategy.
លោក សាក់ សែប មេបញ្ជាការកងសេរីការខេត្ដកំពង់ឆ្នាំង ឆ្នុកទ្រូ បានឱ្យព័ត៌មានមកថា លោកអភិបាលស្រុកបានអនុញ្ញាត លោកប្រមែ ប្រមូលជនភៀសខ្លួនមកពីតំបន់ស្ទោង ដែលមកស្នាក់នៅ សង្កាត់ឆ្នុកទ្រូ ដើម្បីហឹ្វកហឺ្វនក្បួនយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រ។
