Comrade Hang, Sent a message to a brother to tell him the situation on July 11. On that day, soldiers in Preah Vihear temple took 8 guns, AK and 2 B40 guns and fleed to Thailand. In July 13, commander sent 3 soldiers to bring this report to the zone. At Choam Ksan, Yeun one among those 3 soldiers shot one friend dead, and the injured took all the guns and escaped. Yeun had connection with the above mentioned men and Yuk's men who were already killed CIA men come to them through thick forest of Preah Vihear temple and stabbed them to death. One of those men also had document with revolutionary flag and fliers which criticised the revolution and encourage soldiers to kill revolutionary cadres. Before going to Thailand they constantly sent rice to the temple. Zone executive committee went to Phnom Penh, Peun, in charge of commerce in the zone, rape a soldiers' wivies. He was caught and they took the letter from his pocket in which he wrote that I was a member in surpressed class and after the revolution also I was in the same class, my freedom is limitted, so I had to leave you. After liberation day in 1975, He was independent minded. He did not join collective nor listened to it. Moreover, he did something which was against socialist line. Comrade Va said that unless those soldiers saw him rape other soldiers' wives. This would secret and that he would kill me. So, this man did not follow the revolution and there was no point to educate him but finding his betrayal networks and conducting political and spiritual indoctrination. Especially, comrade Chhan Cha Asked for party's opinion.
សមមិត្ដ ហង្ស ផ្ញើទូរលេខរាយការណ៍ជូនបងពីសភាពការណ៍ថ្ងៃទី១១-កក្កដា, ទ័ពតំបន់ការពារប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារ បានយកកាំភ្លើងអាកា ៨ដើម និងបេ៤០ ពីរដើម រត់ចូលថៃ។ នៅថ្ងៃទី១២ មេបញ្ជាការ បានចាត់តាំងយុទ្ធជន៣នាក់ ឱ្យយកសេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍នេះមកតំបន់។ មកដល់ជាំក្សាន្ដ ឈ្មោះ យឿន ក្នុងចំណោម៣នាក់នោះបានបាញ់ មិត្ដរួមដំណើរស្លាប់ម្នាក់។ ម្នាក់ទៀតត្រូវរបួសហើយយកកាំភ្លើងរត់ បាត់។ យឿន នេះជាខ្សែរបស់អា១០នាក់ ខាងលើ និងជាបក្សពួក របស់អាយ៉ុក, អាយឿន ដែលបានកមេ្ទចហើយ។ សម្ពន័្ធសេអ៊ីអា ចូលចាក់ពួកនេះដោយមកពីថៃ តាមច្រកព្រះលើប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារ។ កុ្នងចំណោមពួក នេះមានម្នាក់ជាប្រធានក្រុមបានយកជាប់ជាមួយ នូវឯកសារទង់បដិវត្ដន៍ ព្រមទាំងបានសៀតខិតប័ណ្ណឃោសនាជេរ បដិវតន៍្ដ និងបំផុសឱ្យ យោធាកមេ្ទចពួកកម្មាភិបាលបដិវត្ដន៍ចោល។ មុនរត់ទៅថៃពួកវាបាន ជញ្ជូនអង្ករទៅប្រាសាទមិនឈប់ឈរ។ ឈ្មោះភឿន ប្រធានពាណិជ្ជតំបន់ ឆ្លៀតគណៈតំបន់មកភំ្នពេញ វាបានរំលោភលើគ្រួសារយុទ្ធជន។ ពេលចាប់វាចង វាបានដក សំបុត្រចេញពីហោ)េ៉ៅ ដែលវាបានសរសេរទុកថា «បង ជា វណ្ណ ត្រូវគេជិះជាន់ពេលមកធ្វើបដិវត្ដន៍ ហើយក៍នៅតែមានវណ្ណៈជិះជាន់ ទៀតគ្មានសេរីភាពទេ បងលាអូនហើយ»។ ឈ្មោះ នេះតាំងពីក្រោយ រំដោះ៧៥ មានភាពសេរី ភ្លើតភឺ្លនពុំចូលក្នុងសមូហភាពពុំស្ដាប់ សមូហភាពប្រឆាំងនឹងមាគា៌សង្គមនិយម។ មតិសមមិត្ដ ហ្វា បានវិភាគ ថាយុទ្ធជនទៅមិនទាន់ពេល វារំលោភប្រពន្ធយុទ្ធជននោះ រឿងហ្នឹង ត្រូវស្ងាត់ហើយ ដល់ខ្ញុំត្រឡប់មកវិញ វាធ្វើដូចគ្មានដឹងអី ពិសេសជាមួយខ្ញុំ។ ដូចេ្នះឈ្មោះនេះអស់ធាតុបដិវត្ដន៍ ហើយ គ្មានលទ្ធ ភាពកសាងទៀតទេ វាមានតែឈានទៅកាន់ការក្បត់រិតតែ ខ្លាំង។ សរុបមកបញ្ហា គឺនៅត្រង់ស្រាវជ្រាវរកខ្សែក្បត់រៀបវិធានការ នយោបាយសតិអារម្មណ៍ដល់មិត្ដដែលជិតសិ្នត និងជាពិសេសសមមិត្ដ ឆន ជាដើម ស្នើសុំយោបល់ពីបក្ស។
