Camrade 89 sent a message to camrade Chhin, to give instruction to Unit 920. The message showed that we had to prepare armed forces secretly to be ready to fight against the enemy who attacked us before. To defense a large base, we had to have many soldiers deployed and patrolled around it in a far distance, had to make a plan to attack enemy and spy on its new positions; had to maintain armed forces and keep the plan secret; had to use a small number of soldiers to fight a big number of soldiers and had to be very careful with the use of heavy (cannon). If you agree with camrade Lang, report to camrade Ya, and inform him that I agreed on the aboved mentioned points with Angkar because those enemy's acts opposed to an agreement that we had to be where we were. Moreover; they attacked us in our territory on July 22, 1976. If we did not attack them, they would attack us.
សមមិត្ដ៨៩ បានផ្ញើរទូរលេខឱ្យសមមិត្ដ ឈិន ឱ្យផ្ដល់មតិណែនាំនៅ កង ៩២០។ ត្រូវដកពិសោធន៍ និងរៀបចំកម្លាំងឱ្យស្ងាត់ចំពោះពួក ខ្មាំងដែលវាយយើងកន្លងមក។ ដើម្បីការពារកន្លែងធំត្រូវមានកម្លាំង ពង្រាយតូចៗឆ្ងាយៗល្បាតឱ្យជាប់។ ត្រូវមានវិធានការវាយសម្រុក វាវិញតាមដានវាយកន្លែងដែលវាបោះទីតាំងថ្មី ដែលយើងពិភាក្សា ថ្ងៃមុនសំខាន់ត្រូវការពារកម្លាំងយើងឱ្យបាន ត្រូវរក្សាសម្ងាត់អំពីផែន ការឱ្យមែនទែនត្រូវប្រើកម្លាំងតូចកមេ្រចកម្លាំងធំ។ បើវាយពិសេស ត្រូវប្រយត័្នឱ្យមែនទែនក្នុងការប្រើកាំភ្លើងធំ។ បើឯកភាពជាមួយសម មិត្ដ ឡាំង ហើយរាយការណ៍ឱ្យសមមិត្ដ យ៉ា ហើយប្រាប់មិត្ដ យ៉ា ថាខ្ញុំឯកភាពជាមួយអង្គការ ហើយអំពីផែនការណ៍ការពារកន្លែង ដែលវាមកបោះថ្មី និងគោលការណ៍វាយសម្រុក ដើម្បីការពារ ព្រោះវាមកបោះខុស កិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងថាៈ អ្នកនៅកន្លែងណានៅ កន្លែងនោះសិនមិនតែ ប៉ុណ្ណោះ វាចូលមកវាយយើងក្នុងដីយើង ទៀតដូចកាលពីថ្ងៃទី២២-កក្កដា-១៩៧៦ ស្រាប់ បើយើងមិនវាយវា មុខជាវាវាយសម្រុកយើងតទៅទៀត។
