On July 09, 1971, about 60 Khmer Viet Cong soldiers including 30 North Yuon Viet Cong soldiers built shelters under the ground at VT 508-523, 508-525, 511-525 and 511-523, to the west of Ro Luos village in a forest, Krang Am Pel sub-district, Samrong Tong district, Kampong Speu province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៩ ខែកក្ដដា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រហែល៦០នាក់ ក្នុងចំណោមនោះមានយួនខាងជើងចំនួន៣០នាក់ ប្រដាប់អាវុធគ្រប់ដៃ មកតាំងជម្រកដោយជីករូងក្រោមដីនៅក្នុងព្រៃខាងលិចភូមិរលួស ត្រង់ចំណុវ៉េតេ៥០៨-៥២៣, ៥០៨-៥២៥, ៥១១-៥២៥, ៥១១-៥២៣ នៅក្នុងឃុំក្រាំងអំពិល ស្រុកសំរោងទង ខេត្ដកំពង់សឺ្ព។
