On July 18, 1971, about 25 Khmer Viet Cong soldiers were nominated to spy on the national armed forces at VT 875-622, in Pra Chum Ang village, Cheung Kep sub-district by Mom Lak, a chief of Kandaok sub-district office in Kandal Stung district, Kandal province.
ពីថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ មានពួកកាវ៉េអឹចំនួន២៥នាក់ ដែល មានឈ្មោះ មុំ ឡាក់ ជាមេ មានមុខងារជាចៅសង្កាត់កណ្ដោក ស្រុកកណ្ដាលស្ទឹង ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល បានចាត់គ្នាវាឱ្យយាមល្បាតតាម ផ្លូវភូមិប្រជុំអង្គ ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៨៩៥-៦២២ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ ជើងកែប ដើម្បីចាំមើលសកម្មភាពរបស់កងការពារជាតិយើង។
