On December 21, 1974, 150 Khmer Communist equipped with guns, B-40, RDP, CKC, under the command of Loek Chhoeun, set up shelters at the edge of Basang forest UV 313-291 and Tuol Thnoeng village UV 280-320 and Toek La Ak village UV 255-541 in Sangke district, Battambang province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៨-២១ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដ ចំនួន១៥០នាក់ ប្រដាប់អាវុធទំនើបៗមានដូចជា បេ៤០, អ៊ែដេប៉េ, សេកាសេ ក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ ឡឹក ឈឿន បានចូល មកតាំងជម្រកនៅតាមមាត់ព្រៃបាសឹង ត្រង់ចំណុចអ៊ុយវ៉េ ៣១៣-២៩១ នឹងនៅភូមិទួលថ្នឹង ចំណុចអ៊ុយវ៉េ ២៨០-៣២០, ភូមិទឹកល្អក់ អ៊ុយវ៉េ ២៥៥-៣៤១ ក្នុងស្រុកសង្កែ ខេត្ដបាត់ដំបង។
