Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
On August 3, 1976, a meeting was hold to talk about military affairs in Kampong Saom. The meeting was attended by comrade Vorn, Khieu, Mot, Nget, dim, Lekha and a clerk. The questions in the agenda were as follow: 1.Reports on military situation: how to deploy soldiers, cultivation, situation of enemy and number of ships. 2. Recommendation of comrade Lekha about enemics' situation was that American imperialist wanted betrayers to station on islands. We had to take action to prevent it and had to ask Chinese to give things we needed and to tell us how many litres of fuel we needed to operate the ship for one year.
ថ្ងៃទី៣-សីហា-១៩៧៦ មានអង្គប្រជុំមួយស្ដីពីការងារយោធានៅ កំពង់សោម។ សមាសភាពមានសមមិត្ដ វន, ខៀវ, មុត, លេខា, ង៉ែត, ឌីម និង អ្នកកត់ហេតុ។ របៀបវរៈនៃអង្គប្រជុំមានៈ ១. សេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍ពីសភាពការយោធា ការរៀបចំកម្លាំងការពារ ការបង្កបង្កើន ផលសភាពការណ៍ខ្មាំង និងចំនួនកប៉ាល់។ ២. មតិណែនាំរបស់សមមិត្ដ លេខាអំពីសភាពការណ៍ខ្មាំងគឺ ពួកចក្រពត្ដិ អាមេរិកវាចង់ឱ្យពួកអាក្បត់ មកតាំងនៅលើកោះវិធានការណ៍ការពារ បញ្ហាបង្កបង្កើនផល និងបញ្ហាសម្ភារខ្វះខាត សូមសួរចិនតើកប៉ាល់ ត្រូវការបេ្រងអីខ្លះ?មួយឆ្នាំអស់ ប៉ុន្មាន? និងរបៀបប្រើប្រាស់ យ៉ាងម៉េច?
