On August 12, 1976, there was a meeting between a chief of Division and chief of Independent Regiment. The subject, put before the meeting, were experimentation to yield 3 tons of rice per hectar and provision for yourself 10% and the party from 30% to 50% of rice product.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១២-សីហា-១៩៧៦ មានការប្រជុំមួយរវាងគណៈប្រចាំ កងពល និងវរៈសេនាធំឯករាជស្ដីពីៈ ១. ការដកពិសោធន៍មួយចំនួន ដើម្បី ជម្រុញការងារសម្រុកសមេ្រចភារកិច្ច ៣តោនក្នុងមួយហិកតា ឧបត្ថម្ភខ្លួន១០ភាគរយ និងជូនបក្សពី៣០ ទៅ៥០ ឱ្យបានដាច់ខាត។
