Hem Phy, 19 years old, lived in Kampong Svay village, Prekthmei sub-district, district 18, region 25. He was a soldier in Battalion 152, and he tried to escape thrice from his unit, but it had not been successful. He confessed that before escaping from his unit, Sum, came to persuade him to leave the unit and run to Phnom Penh city.
ឈ្មោះ ហែម ភី អាយុ ១៩ឆ្នាំ នៅភូមិកំពង់ស្វាយ ឃុំព្រែកថ្មី ស្រុក១៨ តំបន់២៥ មានឋានៈជាយុទ្ធជនក្នុងកងវរៈសេនាតូច ១៥២ បានរត់បីលើក ហើយចាប់បានមកវិញ។ សាម៉ីខ្លួនបាន សារភាពពីសកម្មភាពរបស់ខ្លួនមុនពេលរត់គឺ មានឈ្មោះ សុំ បានមក ទាក់ទង ហើយបំផុសឱ្យរត់មកភ្នំពេញ។
