According to this document, Tuon Chan Dara was a Female Combatant in the Ministry of Public Works, Office S-8, in Kampong Cham Province and joined C.I.A in 1968 following the advice of her father, Tuon Lang, Former Governor of Kampong Cham. In this activities they built up alleged C.I.A forces to spy on the revolutionary headquarters in the provincial town and spread propaganda to encourage people to rise up against the revolution, break up the movement of students' struggle and allegedly made plots to stage a coup d'etat. She was arrested on 25th April, 1977.
ដោយយោងទៅតាមឯកសារនេះ ទួន ចាន់ដារ៉ា ជាយុទ្ធនារីនៅក្រសួង កិច្ចការសាធារណៈ, មន្ទីរ ស-៨ នៅខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម និង បានចូលជា សេ អ៊ី អា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៦៨ ក្រោមការបង្គាប់របស់«ពុករបស់នាង, ទួន ឡាង ជាអតីតអភិបាលខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ នៅក្នុងសកម្មភាពនេះ ពួកគេបង្កើតឡើងនូវកងកម្លាំង សេ អ៊ី អា ដើម្បីស៊ើបការណ៍ នៅក្នុងទីស្នាក់ការបដិវត្ដន៍តាមទីរួមខេត្ដ និង ផ្សព្វផ្សាយឃោសនាដើម្បី លើកទឹកប្រជាជនឱ្យក្រោកឡើងប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដន៍, បំផ្លាញចលនាតស៊ូ និស្សិត និង រៀបរាប់ពីដំណើររឿងធ្វើរដ្ឋប្រហារ។ គាត់បានចាប់ខ្លួន នៅថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧។
