កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Comrade Sei, sent a telegram to comrade 870, about situation of some planes in relation with regime 505. A lot of foreigners always came to relax in region above, and those foreigners were provided with foods and accommodations by chief of region 505. We didn't know whether they were workers or cadres, and we also had problem with food shortage because we had only coconut as fruit. Please Angkar give us information about gueat's ration.
សមមិត្ដ សី បានផ្ញើទូរលេខ ៨៧០ រាយការណ៍ពីភាពការណ៍ខាងយន្ដ ហោះមួយចំនួន ដែលមានការទាក់ទងខាងតំបន់កន្លងមកមានភ្ញៀវ បរទេសចុះឡើងហូរហែមកតំបន់ ៥០៥ និងស្នាក់នៅស៊ីចុកដោយ ខាងតំបន់ជាអ្នកទទួល។ ការទទួលមិនដឹងថាភ្ញៀវនោះជាកម្មករ ឬកម្មាភិបាលឡើយ ហើយម្យ៉ាងទៀតខាងខ្ញុំក៏មានការខ្វះខាតដែរ ព្រោះផ្លែឈើមានតែដូងប៉ុណ្ណោះ។ សំណូមពរស្នើអង្គការផ្ដល់ដំណឹង មកខាងខ្ញុំពីរបបភ្ញៀវដែលមក។
