Agrarian group sent a telegram asking comrade 870, to sent to Chinese economists who had a meeting in Phnom Penh. They wanted them to send 3 ploughs and 2 rakes. These equipments taken from Hoeng Yang of Ho Nan province. Remark: This telegram came from brother Ngoem.
ក្រុមកសិកម្មបានផ្ញើទូរលេខឱ្យស.ម ៨៧០ ផ្ញើបន្ដឱ្យទូតចិន ខាងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ដែលបានប្រជុំនៅភ្នំពេញ ស្នើបន្ថែមរាយការណ៍យក នង័្គល៣គ្រឿង រនាស់រាស់ដីដំបូក២គ្រឿង។ សម្ភារទាំងនេះស្នើយក ពីតំបន់ហ៊ឹងយ៉ាំង ខេត្ដហ៊ូណាន។ សូមផ្ញើមកប្រញាប់សូមបន្ថែម រនាស់រាស់ទទឹងស្រែ១គ្រឿង បញ្ជាក់ទូរលេខនេះមកពីខាងបង ញឹម។
