The certain region reported in May 1977, about the enemies' situation, the activities of building up socialism such as growing special plants, dry season rice and raising animals. There were some developed strategies for water supply for their farming. Moreover, the lack of food for the people had been curbed to a steady level. But the health was the problem. There were many diseases such as fever and diarrhea.
នៅចុងខែឧសភា-១៩៧៧ នេះតំបន់មួយបានរាយការណ៍អំពីសភាព ការណ៍ខ្មាំង សភាពការណ៍កសាងសង្គមនិយម មានការដាំដំណាំពិសេស ធ្វើស្រែប្រាំង ការចិញ្ចឹមសត្វ។ ការធ្វើស្រែមានការពង្រីកចលនាដោះ ស្រាយទឹក។ ឯជីវភាពប្រជាជន បញ្ហាខ្វះស្បៀងបាននឹងមួយកម្រិត តែបញ្ហាសុខភាពមានឈឺច្រើនពិសេស គ្រុនក្ដៅ រាគមួល។
