Comrade San, sent a telegram in which there was a report on 29 and he had received a letter from comrade Sun. The essence of the letter concluded the consolidarity tradition of combatants. In present days, the two countries already gained independence. The complicated problem way border issue. Moreover, we violated its territory, shelled into there country and also delivered many posters accusing that a certain places of Vietnam were Cambodian's. Vietnam reminded us to continue the meeting for solving problems and asked us to answer back quickly. There was no discipline in Pochentong Airport as we scratched there luggages. So, we proposed, the ministry of Foreign Affairs to check carefully if that action was true as what they accused.
ស.ម សាន បានផ្ញើទូរលេខរាយការណ៍ពីកាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៩ បានទទួល សំបុត្រពីស.ម ស៊ុន។ ខ្លឹមសារសំបុត្រគេលើកពីប្រពៃណីយុទ្ឋ សាមគ្គី។ បច្ចុប្បន្នប្រទេសទាំងពីរ បានឯករាជរៀងខ្លួន។ បញ្ហាព្រំដែន ជាបញ្ហាស្មុកស្មាញ ក្នុងករណីដោះស្រាយមិនទាន់បានផ្នែកទាំងពីរ ព្រម ព្រៀងគ្នាថា ត្រូវអប់រំយុទ្ធជនប្រជាជនកម្មាភិបាល តាមព្រំដែនឱ្យល្អ ចៀសវាងកុំឱ្យមានភាពកាន់តែអាក្រក់ឡើង។ ផ្នែកវៀតណាម គេចោទ ថា យើងរំលោភដីគេ ហើយថាយើងមិនទាន់ប្រគល់ប្រជាជនវៀត ណាម ដែលចាប់យកទៅចំនួន៥១៥នាក់ ឱ្យនៅឡើង។ ហើយកម្ពុជា នៅតែបង្កហេតុបន្ដបន្ទាប់ដោយចាប់ប្រជាជនវៀតណាម ១១៣នាក់ ពីខេត្ដកងទុំ ជាដើម។ ផ្នែកកម្ពុជាបាន លើកការប្រជុំអំពីលក្ខការណ៍ ៣ នៃស្មាតីប្រជុំនោះ គេថាគេគោរពបានហ្មត់ចត់ណាស់ តែផ្នែកកម្ពុជា មិនព្រមថែមទាំងបំពានលើដីវៀតណាមទៀតដោយផ្លោងកាំ ភ្លើងត្បាល់ ចូលដីវៀតណាម និងបាចខិតប័ណ្ណជាច្រើនដោយចោទថា ដីមួយចំនួន របស់វៀតណាម ជាដីកម្ពុជា។ វៀតណាមបានរឮកការ បន្ដប្រជុំ ដើម្បីដោះស្រាយ ហើយសំណូមពរពេលប្រជុំឱ្យកម្ពុជាឆ្លើយតបនូវ សំនួរវៀតណាម ឱ្យបានរួសរាន់។ បញ្ហានៅពោធិ៍ចិនតុង គ្មានសណ្ដាប់ ធ្នាប់ដោយបងប្អូនយើងរុះរើឥវ៉ាន់គេ។ ស្នើឱ្យក្រសួងការបរទេស នៅ ត្រួតពិនិត្យអ្នកធ្វើការនៅទីនោះ ក្រែងធ្វើអំពើមិនគប្បី ដូច្នោះមែន។
