On November 24, 1973, 6 military member from Aranh
village equipped with gun in two cannon shot and arrersted 15 Vietnamese fisherman in Phnom Kraom. 5 of the Vietnamese fisherman were sent in to temporary Phnom Kraom region while waiting for dicision from high ranking commander. កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែវិចិ្ឆកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ កងស្វ័យត្រាននៅភូមិអារញ្ញ ៦នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ដៃ ធ្វើដំណើរដោយកាណូត ២គ្រឿង បានចាប់យួននេសាទត្រីចំនួន១៥នាក់ ត្រូវបញ្ជូនមកស្នាក់នៅ បណ្ដោះអាសន្ននៅភ្នំក្រោម ដើម្បីរង់ចាំសេចកី្ដសមេ្រចពីបញ្ជាការ ជាន់ខ្ពស់។
