កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
On October 03, 1973, Ngvieng Yang Than, a Vietnamese fisherman, was arrested by the National Marine, his mother Ngvieng Thy Ty, his wife Ngvieng Thy Hong and his child, Ngvieng Yang Lang, were returing from fishing trip. During arrested, he had one home certifying letter numbered 504, deted October 03, 1973, and issed by a commander in Company 3604.
