ឈ្មោះ ហ្វិន កុង ថាន់ កាន់អត្ដសញ្ញាណប័ណ្ណលេខ២០៧៣៥៤ ចុះថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ជាអ្នកដែលស៊ីឈ្នួលនេសាទត្រី ឱ្យឈ្មោះ ហ៊ា ពាង ជាតិចិន «នៅរាំងទិស» ត្រូវបានចាប់ខ្លួនមកសួរ ចម្លើយ។
