The report to the party on the biography of prisoner Ung Ly, 43, having a wife called Touch Nat, was born in Tuol Morn village, Ang Tasaom sub-district, Tram Kak district, Takeo province. Also, Ly admitted that while sleeping every night, he always dreamed of the US, because he used to be happy and eat good food there; however, it just was feeling and never expressed it publicly.
