Before the event March 18, 1970, Chan Samen, 45 years old from Ta Ey village, Sangkat Koki Saom, Rumduol district, had been served in Khmer Rouge movement as a Brasaut district committee.
ឈ្មោះ ចាន់ សាម៉ែន អាយុប្រហែលជា២៥ឆ្នាំ មានកំណើតនៅភូមិតាអី សង្កាត់គរគីសោម ស្រុករំដួល ជននេះធ្លាប់បម្រើខ្មែរក្រហមនៅ មុនព្រឹត្ដិការណ៍១៨ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ គាត់ក៏ឡើងធ្វើជាគណៈស្រុក ប្រសូត្ររហូតដល់សព្វថ្ងៃ។
