On October 13, 1974, 24 years old a Khmer Communist, name Yuos Choy (alias Yuos Narong) defected to the National Army in Company Svay Rieng sub war-region. He confessed that he was a chief of Group 1, Platoon 1, Company 1, Unit 120, Regiment 175, in Zone 203.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនីស្ដឈ្មោះ យស់ ចយ ហៅ យស់ ណារុង អាយុ២៤ឆ្នាំ ដែលបានភ្ញាក់រំឮកចូលរួម រស់ក្នុងសង្គមជាតិ នៅកងអនុសេនាធំអន្ដរាគមន៍នៃផ្នែកសឹករង ស្វាយរៀង។ ជននេះមានឋានៈជាប្រធានក្រុមទី១ កងអនុសេនាតូចទី១ កងអនុសេនាធំទី១ កងវរៈ១២០ នៃកងវរៈសេនាធំលេខ១៧៥ ភូមិភាគ២០៣។
