កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានជនភ្ញាក់រំឮក៣នាក់ បានសុំ រួបរួមនឹងអាជ្ញាធរយោធានៃកងវរសេនាតូចលេខ៦៤១ ប្រចាំការ នៅអូរតាប៉ោង អ៊ុយអ៊ុយ ៥៩៥ -៩៩៤ ដោយជាប់មកជាមួយនូវ កាំភ្លើងសេកាស្វ័យប្រវត្ដិ៣ដើម។
