On February 3, 1974, two Khmer Communist, Lach Suk alias Sopheap, and Khuon Pang alias Sam Oeun, who in the security forces in Peam Ra district of Prey Veng province and defected to military authorities of Prey Veng Based military sub-war rgion at WT 400-690. They bring with them copies of travel passes, a C.K.C with 100 bulllet and cartridge carrier.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៣ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដភ្ញាក់រំឮក២នាក់ ឈ្មោះ ឡាច សូក ហៅ សូភាព និង ឈ្មោះ ឃួន ប៉ាង ហៅ សំអឿន ជាសនិ្ដសុខប្រចាំស្រុកពាមរក៍ ខេត្ដព្រៃវែង បានចូលមក សារភាព ជាមួយសង្គមជាតិវិញ ជាមួយនឹងអាជ្ញាធរយោធា នៃផ្នែកសឹករងព្រៃវែង ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ៤០០-៦៩០ ព្រមទាំង បានប្រគល់នូវលិខិតធ្វើដំណើរ ២សន្លឹក និង សេកាសេ មួយដើម គ្រាប់១០០ និងថង់ដាក់ គ្រាប់១ ទៅឱ្យកងវរសេនាតូច៦៧៨ នៃផ្នែកសឹករងព្រៃវែង។
