I would like to 3 Khmer Communist, Chan Yaun, 20 years old, Ven Vin, 22 years old, and In Un, 22 years old, to the general for trial. The three man were arrested on July 6, 1975, by military forces of Infentry Unit 7, in Phnom Thom battlefield and sent to second Bureau of Khmer National General Staff on January 7, 1975.
ខ្ញុំសូមប្រគល់ជូនលោកឧត្ដមសេនីយ៍ ដើម្បីវិនិច័្ឆយនូវខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដ ចំនួន៣នាក់គឺ ឈ្មោះ ចាន់ យ៉ូន អាយុ២០ឆ្នាំ វ៉ែនវិន អាយុ២២ឆ្នាំ និង អ៊ិន អុន អាយុ២២ឆ្នាំ។ ជនទាំង៣នាក់ ត្រូវចាប់ខ្លួនបាន កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៦-៧ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ដោយកងកម្លាំងយោធា នៃកងពលថ្មើរជើងទី៧ នៅលើលានប្រយុទ្ធភូមិធំ ហើយបានបញ្ជូនខ្លួន មកការិយាល័យទី២ នៃអគ្គសេនាធិការយោធពលខេមរជាតិ កាលពី ថ្ងៃទី៧ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥។
