On November 22, 1973, Khmer Communist participated in meeting with the Yuon Viet Cong in which they addressed conflicats between the Khmer Communist and Yuon Viet Cong. The Yuon Viet Cong settled at sub-war operation headquarter VS 529-731, in Kanlong village, Sangkat Sdach Kong especially they had gathered villagers who were living in this region Sre Chea district and Dong Tong district.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២២ ខែវិចិ្ឆកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដបានរួមប្រជុំជា មួយយួនយៀកកុង ស្ដីពីបញ្ហាជម្លោះរវាងប៉ុន្មានខែកន្លងមកនេះ។ យួន យៀកកុងបានតាំងទីបញ្ជាការសឹករងនៅក្នុងភូមិកន្លង់ ត្រង់វ៉េអេស ៥២៩-៧៣១ ក្នុងសង្កាត់សេ្ដចគង់ ពិសេសខ្មាំងបានដេញអ្នកស្រុកឱ្យទៅរស់នៅស្រុកឈូក ស្រែជៀ និងដងទង់ ។
