On December 15, 1973, 2 Battlions of Khmer Communist equipped with guns departed from Thmor Kol village at WT 099-663 and WT 042-675 toward Prek Pra and built up headquarter along the Basak river between VT 945-714 and 957-690 in Kean Svay district, Kandal province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដចំនួន២កង វរសេនាតូច ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធបានចេញពីថ្មគោល ឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ០៩៩-៦៦៣ ឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ០៤២-៦៧៥ ឆ្ពោះមកព្រែកប្រា ព្រមទាំងតាំងជម្រកនៅតាមបណ្ដោយទនេ្លបាសាក់ ចាប់ពីវ៉េតេ ៩៤៥-៧១៤ រហូតដល់វ៉េតេ ៩៥៧-៦៩០ ក្នុងស្រុកកៀនស្វាយ ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។
