The report was sent to the party on the confession of prisoner Um Him, 76, having a wife called Uk Seng, born in Pralay Meas village, Trapeang Thom Khang Cheung sub-district, Tram Kak district, Takeo province. Um Him was former chief of Trapeang Thom Khang Cheung sub-district since 1940. Until the coup in 1970, Um Him and Panh, chief of Trapeang Thom sub-district, surrendered to enemies in Ang Tasaom.
សេចកី្ដរាយការណ៍ជូនបក្ស អំពីចម្លើយអ្នកទោសឈ្មោះ អ៊ំ ហ៊ឹម អាយុ ៧៦ឆ្នាំ ប្រពន្ធឈ្មោះ អ៊ុក សេង ស្រុកកំណើតនៅភូមិ ប្រឡាយមាស ឃុំត្រពាំងធំខាងជើង ស្រុកត្រាំកក់ ខេត្ដតាកែវ។ អ្នកទោសនេះជាមេឃុំចាស់ នៅឃុំត្រពាំងធំ តាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៤០ រហូតដល់រដ្ឋប្រហារនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ក៏រត់ចូលខ្មាំងនៅអង្គតាសោម ទៅនៅជាមួយឈ្មោះ ប៉ាញ់ ផ្ទាល់មុខងារជាមេឃុំត្រពាំងធំដដែល។
