The source reported that on December 14, 1973, a company of bout 150 Khmer Communist armed forces under the commander of phie, attempted to cut off the preah Srok bridge at UV 585-885, in Sangkat Puok district, Siem Reap province, and also harvest rice nearly.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៤ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរ កុម្មុយនីស្ដ១កងអនុសេនាធំប្រហែល១៥០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធ គ្រប់ដៃក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ ភា។ ប្រភពបានន្ថែមទៀតថា ខ្មាំង មានបំណងប្រុងវាយផ្ដាច់ស្ពានព្រះស្រុក ត្រង់ចំណុច ៥៨៥-៨៨៥ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ពួក ស្រុកពួក ខេត្ដសៀមរាប។ នឹងមកនៅតំបន់ ក្បែរៗទីនោះផង។
