The source reported that on November 07, 1973, the Regional cadres of Region card 31, held a meeting at WT 334- 509, in Svay Meas Village, Sangkat Svay, Chamka Leu district Kampong Cham province, they discussed on the remobilization of new armed force in order to Kampong Cham provincial town in the up coming reason. The sources added that named Pork who, was chief of military section in Zone 304, as a chief of meeting 1 the enemies had conscripted 7,000 people to replace in Battalion 2 soldiers who had died, during an attacking in Kampong Cham provincial town.
