On October 29, 1973, Khmer Communist commander who was living at VT 570-683, in Ton Lea village, commanded 10 combatants armed with PM AC guns, to stay in O Ta Sek village, Kampong Thom province.
these combatants had to mobilize with approximatively 3,000 combatants from Unit 504, 101 and 204, to attack the National Army and cut off National Road No.5. កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៩ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មេបញ្ជាការខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដនៅ ភូមិទន្លា វ៉េអ៊ុយ ៥៧០-៦៨៣ បានចាត់ទ័ពចំនួន១០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ ដោយអាវុធប៉េអ៊ឹមអាសេ នៅភូមិអូរតាសេក (កំពង់ធំ) ដើម្បី ប្រមូលកងទ័ពលេខ៥០៤, ១០១ និង ២០៤ ឱ្យបានប្រហែល ៣,០០០នាក់ ព្រោះពួកគេទាំងនោះនឹងធ្វើការវាយបកមកលើ កងទ័ពជាតិ និងដើម្បីវាយផ្ដាច់ផ្លូវជាតិលេខ៥។
