On October 13, 1973, Khmer Communist in Region 25, commanded subdistrict and district committes to buy guns powder and weapon in Phnom Penh weapon were required including M-79 guns AK-47 rifles PAKLo guns M-16 guns and 30 mm machine guns.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដក្នុងតំបន់២៥ បានដាក់បញ្ជាឱ្យគណៈកម្មាភិបាលឃុំ និងស្រុកគ្រប់ផ្នែកឱ្យឡើងមក ទាក់ទងរកទិញអាវុធគ្រាប់រំសេវនៅភ្នំពេញ។ ចំណែកអាវុធដែល ពួកខ្មាំងត្រូវការនោះមានប្រភេទ អ៊ឹម ៧៩, អាកា ៤៧, ប៉េអា -កុល, យូអែស, អ៊ឹម ១៦, និងកាំភ្លើងយន្ដ៣០ម.ម។
