The source reported that on November 09,1973, maybe 500 North Yuon Viet Cong soldiers under the command of Toe, departed tonle Sap, and passed National Road No.5, and deployed themselve in Prey Chung Ruk at WU 560-733. The source added that they were about to attack Pursat province and National Army position ,which were located a long National Road No.5 .
