The source reported that On 20 November ,1973, maybe 250 Khmer Communists in Region 25, stationed at WT 018-676 and WT 077-678, in Prek Tmie village, sangkat Prek Tmei, Kien Svay district, Kandal province. The source added that the enmeise were about to attack National Army position a long Basak river.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែវិចិ្ឆកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរ កុម្មុយនិស្ដតំបន់លេខ២៥ ប្រហែល២៥០នាក់ បានចូលមកសា្នក់នៅ ភូមិព្រែកថ្មី ត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ០១៨-៦៧៦ ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ០៧៧-៦៧៨ ក្នុងសងា្កត់ព្រែកថី្ម ស្រុកកៀនស្វាយ «កណ្ដាល»។ ប្រភពបានបន្ថែមថា ខ្មាំងមានបំណងវាយប្រហារទីតាំងការពារជាតិ នៅតាមបណេ្ដយទនេ្លបាសាក់។
