On November 3, 1973, Khmer Communist settled military training center at VU 220- 328, in O-Khliey Tik Phos district, Kampong Chhnang province. The center had 5 teachers and 150 students from Ach Romeas war operation region. And the curriculum had two main area military stategy and politics.
នៅថ្ងៃទី៣ ខែវិចិ្ឆកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដបានតាំងមជ្ឈមណ្ឌល ហ្វឹកហ្វឺនទ័ពមួយកន្លែងនៅក្រោមដើមឈើ នៅអូ-ឃ្លាយ ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េអ៊ុយ ២២០-៣២៨ ក្នុងស្រុកទឹកផុស ខេត្ដកំពង់ឆ្នាំង។ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលនេះ មានគ្រូបង្ហាត់៥នាក់ និងសិស្ស១៥០នាក់ បែកពី តំបន់ប្រតិបតិ្ដសឹកអាចម៍រមាស ហើយកម្មវិធីសិក្សាមានផ្នែក យុទ្ឋសាស្ដ្រ និងនយោបាយ។
