On November 13, 1973, Kmher Communist in West of Kampot provincial town told villager that on November 14, 1973, they would not be allowed to cut bamboo or wood of pick friut in the forest which was occpuied by Khmer communists. On November 13, 1973, maybe 300 enemise moved from Trapeang village and hid Kaun Sat village, Kampong Noung village, to phnom A Sie ,Damnak Chang Aeu and Kep, They once again attempted to block and attacks the National Army in Kep district .
នៅថ្ងៃទី ១៣-វិចិ្ឆកា-១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដប្រចាំការនៅផ្នែក ខាងលិចក្រុងកំពត បានប្រកាសប្រាប់អ្នកស្រុកថាចាប់ពី ថ្ងៃទី ១៤-វិចិ្ឆកា-១៩៧៣ ទៅហាមមិនឱ្យអ្នកស្រុកធ្វើដំណើរទៅបេះផ្លែឈើ កាប់ ប្ញស្សី និងអុស ក្នុងព្រៃវាកាន់កាប់ឡើយ។ ហើយកាលពីថ្ងៃទី ១៣-វិចិ្ឆកា-១៩៧៣ ពួកខាំ្មងប្រហែល៣០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធបាន ចលនាចេញពីភូមិត្រពាំងនៅ ឆ្ពោះទៅលាក់ខ្លួនចាប់ពីភូមិកូនសត្វ និង កំពង់នួង រហូតដល់ភំ្នអាសៀ ដំណាក់ចង្អើរ និងកែប ក្នុងគោលបំណង រារាុំងកុំឱ្យកងទ័ពជាតិ វាយដណ្ដើមយកស្រុកកែបបានវិញ។
