On November 17, 1973, Khmer Communist settled a wood hall with a zinc roof to house mill at UU
540-809, was located 100 metres in South of Ta Lo pagoda. They also settled cooperatives at UU 542-807, to store food , salt, medicine, white gas and flashlight. កាលពីថ្ងៃទី ១៧-វិចិ្ឆកា-១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដបានតម្លើងរោង ម៉ាស៊ីនកិនស្រូវមួយប្រក់ស័ង្គសី ស្ថិតនៅចម្ងាយប្រហែល១០០ម ខាងត្បូងវត្ដតាឡូ ចំណុចអ៊ុយអ៊ុយ ៥៤០-៨០៩ ហើយពួកវា បានសង់សហករណ៍មួយខ្នងទៀត ត្រង់ចំណុចអ៊ុយអ៊ុយ ៥៤២-៨០៧ ហើយដាក់លក់គ្រឿងបរិភោគឧបភោគដូចជា អំបិល, ថ្នាំពេទ្យ, បេ្រងកាត និងពិល។
