In September 7, 1976, there was a meeting of division committee 920. The meeting focused on reports of enemy situation, work direction or instruction of all departments, self-criticism among the division committee, and other problems. After listening to all reports, comrade 89 delivered some indications in which there was also the responsibility of division 920 which was to defense the border of Mondol Kiri province and Vietnam. Next, he also stressed on the politics control of both Cambodia and Vietnam for present day as well as the future. We had to hold a good position or ready to prevent our land, we could not let our territory be conquered. In case that Vietnam invaded our territory, first we had to ask them to withdraw. If not we had to use our best even by using politics or military forces. As far as our country's rehabilitation was concerned, we had to be responsible for paving the way for our people to live in prosperous life such as to build up geographical feature, economy, and villages. Relating to the party building up, we had to try our best to make our party and unit unanimous. We had to build up more party branches, strengthen our party committeee, screen carefully, and kick off the spoiled components and the ones who exagerated our party's line. For some supplies such as rice, we decided to continue to deliver in order to make them strong. For our unit's production, we had to put more efforts to gain more yield for buying more farming materials in order to make our unit interesting for foreign visitors. We had to help each other. For people, before release them, we had to educate them to understand clearly.
នៅថ្ងៃទី៧-កញ្ញា-១៩៧៦ មានការប្រជុំគណៈកម្មាធិការកងពល ៩២០ ស្ដីពីការរាយការណ៍ពីសភាពការណ៍ខ្មាំងទិស ណែនាំការងា រគ្រប់ផ្នែកធ្វើតិះទៀនស្វ័យតិទៀនក្នុងគណៈកងពល និងបញ្ហាផេ្សងៗ។ បន្ទាប់ពីការរាយការណ៍គ្រប់ផ្នែកមកស.ម ៨៩ ផ្ដល់មតិណែនាំនូវ ភារកិច្ចការពារប្រទេស គឺកងពល ៩២០ ជាអ្នកការពារព្រំដែន មណ្ឌលគិរី ទាំងមូលជាប់ជាមួយវៀតណាម។ ត្រូវក្ដាប់បញ្ហា ទំនាក់ទំនងរបស់យើង និងវៀតណាម កុ្នងបច្ចុប្បន្ន និងទៅអនាគត។ ជាមួយវៀតណាមត្រូវមាន ជំហរយើងមិនមែនជាអ្នកបង្កហេតុ តែយើងត្រូវការពារទឹកដីដាច់ខាតមិនឱ្យនណាយកបាន បើវៀតណាម ឈ្លានពានយើងសុំឱ្យគេដកថយ បើគេមិនថយ យើងវាយ គឺតស៊ូទាំង ផ្លូវនយោបាយ និងយោធា។ បញ្ហាកសាងប្រទេសត្រូវមានភារកិច្ច ត្រួសត្រាយកសាងភូមិសាស្ដ្រ សេដ្ឋកិច្ចភូមិករ ទុកសម្រាប់ប្រជាជន រស់នៅសំបូរសប្បាយ។ បញ្ហាកសាងបក្សត្រូវខិតខំពុះពារកសាង ដើម្បីឱ្យអង្គភាពយើងឯកភាពជាមួយបក្ស។ ត្រូវយកចិត្ដទុកដាក់កសាង សាខាពង្រឹងគណៈកម្មាធិការបក្ស និងត្រូវសំរិតសំរាំងសមាសភាពមិន ល្អពួកបំភ្លៃមាគា៌ពួកវាយ យុទ្ធជនត្រូវដកហើយរាយការណ៍។ បញ្ហាភស្ដុភារដូចជា អង្ករសមេ្រចឱ្យបន្ដទៀតដល់កងពល ៩២០ ដើម្បីមានកម្លាំង។ បញ្ហាបង្កបង្កើន ផលត្រូវខំថែមទៀត ដើម្បីសល់ទុនពង្រីកឧបករណ៍បង្កបង្កើន ដើម្បីថ្ងៃក្រោយអាចឱ្យបរទេសទៅធ្វើទស្សនកិច្ចបាន។ ការទាក់ទងជាមួយមូលដ្ឋានត្រូវ ជួយគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក បញ្ហាប្រជាជនមុនប្រគល់ឱ្យ មូលដ្ឋានត្រូវអប់រំឱ្យគេបានជ្រះស្រឡះ។
