Department 62 reported to the unit about the petrol around the city. It showed that the workers from Kbal Thnal to provincial office used electric shock to catch fish very often, and they also used bombs as well. In the city, there were many people who had their own guns for self protection. For overal review, we could see that most of cars had been driven very fast which would worth concern.
