On January 23, 1975, Major Colonel Thach Chan Li Vong, Free Khmer commander in Vihea Suor province, asked permission from the provincial governor to temporarily move his unit from Kporp Krao pagoda to Sarikakeo region in Vihear Suor province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៣ វិចិ្ឆកា ១៩៧៥ វរៈសេនាត្រី ថាច់ ច័ន្ទលីវង្ស មេបញ្ជាការកងទ័ពសេរីកាប្រចាំខេត្ដវិហារសួគ៌ បានសុំការអនុញ្ញាត ពីលោកអភិបាលខេត្ដវិហារសួគ៌ ដើម្បីសុំដកទ័ពសេរីកាបណ្ដោះអាសន្ន ចេញពីវត្ដខ្ពបក្រៅ ឆ្ពោះទៅតំបន់សារិកាកែវ ក្នុងខេត្ដវិហារសួគ៌។
