On February 25, 1975, Free Khmer soldiers in Mat Krasah Knong operated at Koh Ta Ao and was raided by enemies. It was reported that there were about 100 enemies equipped with B-40, B-41 and other kind of guns.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ២៥ កុម្ភៈ ១៩៧៥ កងទ័ពសេរីកានៅជំរុំមាត់ក្រសះ ក្នុងបានចេញទៅប្រតិបត្ដិការនៅកោះតា« ត្រូវបានកងទ័ពខ្មាំងស្ទាក់វាយ ប្រហារមកលើកងទ័ពសេរីកាជាតិ មិនឱ្យធ្វើដំណើរទៅមុខបាន។ តាមព័ត៌មានអោយដឹងថា ពួកខ្មាំងមានគ្នាចំនួនប្រហែល១០០នាក់ មានអាវុធបេ៤០, បេ៤១ និងអាវុធផេ្សងៗទៀតគ្រប់ដៃ។
