Comrade Ren, reported the control and tracing of livelihood meeting of division in September 21, 1976. It included the monitoring of each party member especially the building up of socialist revolution of each member. For the future goal, we had to guard carefully and increase technical awareness. For building up socialism, we had to do farming, at least to achieve from 90-100 percent of rice production plan and continue to fight the old regime and get rid of the leftovers. We had to manage carefully about food and weapons supplies for army in order to avoid shortages. For building up party, we had to monitor carefully the building up of individual. We had to correct their mistakes conducted in all fields.
ស.ម រ៉ែន បានរាយការណ៍ពីការក្ដាប់ និងតាមដានការប្រជុំជីវភាព របស់កងពលនៅថ្ងៃទី២១-កញ្ញា-១៩៧៦ មានពិនិត្យគោលជំហរ បក្សជនម្នាក់ៗ ពិសេសការងារធ្វើបដិវត្ដសង្គមនិយម និងការងារ កសាងសង្គមនិយមរបស់បក្សម្នាក់ៗ។ ទិសដៅទៅមុខត្រូវយកចិត្ដ ទុកដាក់ការយាមតាមឱ្យបានល្អ និងរៀនសូត្របចេ្ចកទេស។ ការកសាងសង្គមនិយមត្រូវធ្វើស្រែឱ្យបានពី ៩០ទៅ១០០ភាគរយ និងបន្ដវាយរបប និងសំណល់ចាស់បន្ដទៀត។ ការងារភស្ដុភារត្រូវគិត គូរស្បៀងអាហារផ្គត់ផ្គង់កងទ័ព និងផ្ដល់អាវុធឱ្យបានគ្រប់គ្រាន់។ ការកសាងបក្សត្រូវពិនិត្យកសាង បុគ្គលម្នាក់ៗលើការខ្វះខាតដែល អនុវត្ដគ្រប់ផ្នែក។
