Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Comrade Khieu, sent a telegram to comrade Chhen, offering some information of free-khmers especially people 7 who were conducting political activities which infiltrate into the army and the base people. It would play a role as inside worms. The telegram also showed a certain traitors who encouraged the involvement of the people against the cooperative. So, we had to take the follwing actions: First, educated the division chief to undertand and be informed about the enemy's tricks. Second, trace those who related with people 7 in order prevent them control from controlling or managing the army.
ស.ម ខៀវ បានផ្ញើទូរលេខឱ្យស.ម ឈិន ផ្ដល់ព័ត៌មានពីពួកខ្មាំងសើ រើពិសេសពួក៧ វាធ្វើសកម្មភាពទាក់ទងបង្កប់ស៊ីរូងផ្ទៃក្នុងកងទ័ព និង មូលដ្ឋាន។ ព្រមទាំងទាក់ទងជនក្បត់ខ្លះ ដើម្បីបំផុសក្នុងប្រជាជនឱ្យ ប្រឆាំងសហករណ៍។ ហេតុនេះត្រូវមានវិធានការត្រូវអប់រំគណៈកងពលឱ្យជ្រួតជ្រាបពីឧបាយកលខ្មាំងនេះ។ តាមដានពួកអ្នកទាក់ទង និងពួក៧ ដើម្បីសំរិតសំរាំងកុំឱ្យកាន់នាទីដឹកនាំទ័ព។
