On October 4, 1976 at night, there were 3 enemy's military ships which came into our territory especially in Koh Kong and Koh Thon and other one were at Koh Yum, but we did not yet take action. At Koh Seah, there was a ship similar to our. It went very fast about 9 Km from Koh Reussei then it turned to Southern and disappeared at that time. We would like you to give some VW-120 oil, because our ships taken from Mekong could not be operated, and our oil was out of stock. For our rice plants were fine. The rains came two times. Please be informed, brother.
កាលពីយប់ថ្ងៃទី៤ ខែតុលា ១៩៧៦ មានកប៉ាល់យោធាខ្មាំង៣គ្រឿង ចូលដែនទឹកយើងត្រង់កោះកុង និងកោះធុន។ ១គ្រឿងទៀតបើកមុខ កោះយំ ប៉ុន្ដែយើងមិនទាន់វាយទេ។ នៅកោះសេះ មាននាវា១គ្រឿង ស្រដៀងនាវាការពារយើងបើកយ៉ាងលឿនចម្ងាយ៩គមពីកោះឫស្សី ទើបបត់ក្បាលទៅត្បូងវិញបាត់។ ចំពោះបេ្រងម៉ាស៊ីន វេឌឹប៊លយូ លេខ១២០សូមបងជួយដោះស្រាយផងព្រោះកប៉ាល់ដឹកមកពីមេកុង ចេញធ្វើការមិនបានបើគ្មានបេ្រង។ ឯនាវាលឿន របស់យើងក៏អស់ បេ្រងដែរ។ ស្រូវយើងជាទូទៅគ្មានទាន់ប្រែប្រួលអ្វីទេ។ មានភ្លៀងធ្លាក់២ដង។ ចំពោះសភាពការណ៍នេះសូមបងជ្រាប។
