On October 09, 1976 there was a meeting between secretary and under secretary and independent regiment. Comrade 89 lectured about the party celebration and its participants. We took year 1951 as the party celebration day, but now we changed to 1960 and this celebration would take place in stadium with 300 participants, and military uniform without any weapons. The exact time would be 5:30 AM. Training sessions would be more important deeply concentrated on the building up of socialist revolution and the country defense. It would take from 10-15 days. The participants had to be clear of our politics and would absorb the essence of the course. For the country defense, first we had to ask for informations from those who had been arrested in the party member ranks. Second, after we got informations, we had to take particular measures, escpecially, to arrange our forces to be ready for fighting. We had to have self-reliance on weapons and wolkie-talkies. For tracks, we had to use in a certain purposes, not just use without any order and obligation. For short term rice, we gained 100% of the plant and late rice production also increased without taking from 801 and 920 into account. There was no problem with flood, but with early rice which had not yet been harvested because there was no place to expose to the sun and the way for transport action was far, so we could not get it in time.
នៅថ្ងៃទី៩-តុលា-១៩៧៦ មានការប្រជុំមួយរបស់លេខា-អនុលេខា និងវរសេនាធំឯករាជ។ ស.ម ៨៩ បានបើកអង្គប្រជុំឧទេ្ទសនាម ពីការធ្វើបុណ្យបក្ស និងសមាសភាពអ្នកចូលរួម។ ការធ្វើបុណ្យបក្ស ពីមុនយកឆ្នាំ១៩៥១ តែឥឡូវយកឆ្នាំ១៩៦០ វិញ។ ពិធីបុណ្យ នេះធ្វើនៅពហុកីលាដ្ឋាន។ សមាសភាពចូលរួមមាន ៣០០នាក់ សំលៀកបំពាក់យោធាឥតមានអាវុធ។ ពេលវេលាចូលរួមម៉េាង ៥ៈ៣០ ព្រឹក។ វគ្គរៀនសូត្រមានសារៈសំខាន់ជាងមុន ខ្លឹមសារ ស៊ីជំរៅបដិវត្ដសង្គមនិយមកសាងសង្គមនិយម និងកិច្ចការពារប្រទេស។ គោលការណ៍រៀនពី ១០ទៅ១៥ថ្ងៃ។ សមាសភាពអ្នករៀនត្រូវឱ្យ ស្អាតនយោបាយ និងអាចក្ដាប់ខ្លឹមសារបាន។ អីពីសភាពការណ៍ ការពារប្រទេសទី១ សុំព័ត៌មានពីជនក្បត់មួយចំនួនក្នុងបក្សដែលយើង ចាប់បាន។ ទី២ តាមចម្លើយពួកនេះយើងដឹង ពីសភាពការណ៍ខ្មាំង មួយចំនួនវិធានការណ៍យើងគឺ ត្រូវរៀបចំកម្លាំងមួយចំនួនត្រៀម ប្រយុទ្ធរៀបចំអាវុធ និងគ្រាប់ឱ្យម្ចាស់ការ រៀបចំវិទ្យុទាក់ទងឱ្យបានល្អ ត្រូវរៀបចំឡានដឹកជញ្ជូនប្រចាំការ កុំប្រើប្រាស់ក្នុងការងារផេ្សងៗ។ បញ្ហាបង្កបង្កើនផលគឺ ស្រូវស្រាលធ្វើជិតគ្រប់ផែនការ១០០ភាគរយ ហើយ។ ស្រូវធ្ងន់ត្រូវកើនទៀតដោយមិនបានគិតខាង ៨០១ និង ៩២០ទៀត។ បញ្ហាទឹកពុំទាន់ចោទ ទឹកជំនន់ក៏លែងចោទ។ បញ្ហាចោរ គឺ ច្រូតស្រូវស្រាលមិនទាន់ព្រោះច្រូតក្នុងទឹកគ្មានដីហាលជញ្ជូនឆ្ងាយ បោកមិនទាន់ និងហាលមិនទាន់។
